As a wedding photographer, there are moments that make you pause and appreciate the sheer beauty and intimacy of a couple’s special day. Kaitlyn and Rowan’s wedding in Cape May on May 4th was one of those moments, where every detail aligned perfectly to create a magical experience.

The day began at Congress Hall, a historic and picturesque venue that set the tone for the wedding. As I arrived early in the morning, the soft chirping of ocean birds filled the air, creating a serene and peaceful ambiance. The scent of sea salt glazed the atmosphere, a gentle reminder of the nearby ocean. The sun shone through the morning fog, casting a dreamy, ethereal light over everything. It was the perfect start to what would be a beautiful day.

Kaitlyn and Rowan’s ceremony was held in a quaint, small church, attended only by their closest friends and family. The intimacy of the setting made every moment feel personal and special. The festivities didn’t end there. The next day, Kaitlyn and Rowan continued their celebration at Taco Caballito, a lively spot where they were joined by dozens of friends. The energy was infectious, with everyone basking in the joy of the newlyweds. As the moon rose and the soft chill of the ocean swept through the open windows facing the beach, the evening took on a magical quality. The combination of good food, great company, and the calming presence of the ocean made for an unforgettable celebration.
